RE: cytoplasmic Kappa/Lambda

We use CD45 and CD38 both as gating parameters in every tube. This way we can gate
on the CD45 neg/dim and CD38 bright population and then determine the CD19, CD56,
CD138 and cytoplasmic light chain expression on those cells.
