Catching sorted cells...

Hi all,
I'm a bit confused regarding the best kind of tubes to catch FACSorted
droplets and I couldn't really find a thread in the archives. I heard
some recommend glass tubes because they don't build up static charge...
as far as I vaguely remember from school, glass builds up static
electricity quite nicely, or am I missing something? Others use
polypropylene round bottom tubes saying polystyrene tubes are the
wrong-doers. I've used polypropylene tubes, but I suspect a lot of
droplets are being repelled after a while (I also coat the walls with
FCS-rich medium). What's the best material to collect the drops, and
what's the rationale behind the choice?
Thanks very much again!
Karim
