Hi, Ray Lannigan from Tritech has been in several times to do preventive maintenance on our FACSCalibur, and we have been very satisfied. He knows the instrument well. Tritech also designs and custom-builds modified parts for BD instruments (I don't remember exactly what kind--we've discussed interchangeable filter sets), and I think Ray is involved in that. We haven't needed repairs yet, so I don't know about turnaround time, but I have confidence that Ray would be able to do repairs relatively quickly (considering he has to fly in from Maryland).
