Greetings everyone:

I am interested in gathering cytometry core facility managers experience in the
Northeast with Tritech Field Service
for BD instrumentation.  Of particular interest would be typical service turn-around
time for FACScan and FACScalibur
service, availability of parts and general experience with their service engineers
and customer service organization.
