I have been asked where to obtain Lymphoprep density gradient. It seems that it is
distributed by Gibco LS which has been acquired (or merged) with Invitrogen. The
ordering info from Invitrogen is as follows:
6 X 500 ml #221397
10 X 30 ml #221366
10 X 100 ml #221395
Another point that someone brought to my attention is that I gave centrifugation
directions in RPM and should have given them in Xg. The samples should be spun at
about 300 X g . Sorry for the confusion.
