I do not know about the coulter but I have a BD LSR that does this rather
well.
We are able with no problems using the standard FITC-Pe along with
PE-TR(ECD) as the third color and either PerCP or PE-CY5 as the fourth
color.
Compensation controls are available within CellQuest to compensate even FITC
vrs. PE-CY-5.
Works well in our hands.
