We would like to measure CD69 on whole blood samples that have been
PREVIOUSLY fixed with FACSLyse. Does anyone have experience whether the BD
clone (L78) works in this situation? We have successfully used this reagent
on 4% PFA fixed cells, but my experience is that the commercial lyse/fix
reagents are more disruptive of antigenic epitopes.
