Hi Nancy,

Rest assured, it'll fluoresce better than you'd imagine it would from it's
reputation, in fact it'll work better than you'd want it to if you were
hoping to separate its fluorescence from any of the other GFP spin-offs
(which is the only time you'll need to resort to differential excitation).
