Dear Flowers,

I have used the Polyclonal surface light chain, FITC-conjugated (anti-kappa,
anti-lambda) for a few years. Recently, I have found that the light chain
had strong expression even in CLL cases and those of negative light chain.
Perhaps it maybe a stong non-specific binding of the clones. If so, how can
I improve it? If not, can you suggest any idea? Thanks.
