FACS on Mouse Whole Blood

Could someone who uses FACS to analyze surface markers in mouse whole
blood please contact me?  I have some basic questions on lyse/no lyse;
wash/no wash, and total volumes of whole blood needed for an adequate
amount of cells for each reaction.

I would appreciate any assistance or pointers to any web resources that
would be helpful.  Thank you.
