Hi Margarita,it depends on what you want to look at, I guess. What type of samples do you
have? What info do you need? I have run a lot of BAL and sputum for granulocyte
apoptosis using AV and PI. I am sure you will get a lot of replies on this one,
as lots of people use AV. Let me know what you need to know, and I will see if
I can offer you advice. If not, I'm sure others will be able to.
