Hi all, We're working on trying to measure B-galactosidase activity in the nuclei of mouse testes cells using FDG. We've tried both C12FDG and straight FDG with heat shock loading (both Mol. probes reagents). Expression should be very strong but we're not seeing any signal. Does anyone have experience using these reagents to detect intranuclear activity? Any other tricks or suggestions?
