Hello all...

A few months back I asked the list about the Flow-FISH assay for telomere
length - thanks to the many replies, we now have a working assay.  Today a
facility user asked me if I was aware of a flow-FISH assay for detection of
the Y-chromosome - they want to access chimerism in lymph node cells taken
from a post-transplant patient who received their transplant from an
opposite-sex donor.  Is anyone aware of a Flow-FISH assay for this application?
