Hi Andrew,

I just tried this for the first time last week. And beginners luck I guess,
worked great.
I was doing CFP/YFP and for the YFP excited with 488 and picked up with a
550/30 BP
After the standard 560 SP dichroic into FL1. For CFP I excited with a 406nm
Krypton line
And picked up with a 485/22 BP past a 505SP into the FL4 channel on the
Vantage.
Separation of both signals from the double positive was excellent with
little or no 488
Entering FL4 from the first laser - so I was thankful I didn't have to shift
the first laser into
The 512nm line and lose my scatter or use only one laser at 458 and lose
scatter and have compensation issues.

Of course I thank Santa for the Krypton laser.

	Hi-

What are people using to excite Cyan Fluorescent Protein? We have a
457
line, but unfortunately it excites other dyes we're using.

Anybody using a 440 HeCd, or even better, a 413 Krypton line?

	Thanks.
