RE: Venous versus cardiac blood collection in mice

Dear Rafael,

I really do not understand your point. After cardiac blood collection the
mouse is sacrificed!! Don't you guys sacrifice the mouse to take spleen and
other lymphoid tissues for immunostaining? Where is the difference?
