Hi,
We are looking at the cervical lymph nodes in mice but we see up
to four FS populations depending on how well the sorter is behaving
optically. My (so far) unpublished data are that different markers have
different distributions. Some markers are seen in one FS population and
some are seen in several. I have no idea as to the cosmic significance
of the different populations but they are a reliable observation among
the mice I have been working with.
