popliteal lymph nodes in mice

Hi,
I've been phenotyping cells from the popliteal lymph node in NIH mice, and
in all animals (also untreated mice), I see two distinct populations in the
FS/SS histogram. The two populations differ in FS (*2), but does not seem to
be dead cells or dublets (controlled by microscopy). Both cellpopulations do
display CD3+ cells, indicating that they are lymphocytes.

Have anyone seen this while analysing lymph node cells, and, if so, did you
find the characteristics of these popluations?

I woud appreciate to hear about all similar experiences!
Thank you!
