Hello everybody,
can anyone comment on DNA histograms
using UV light / Hoechst dyes or
the 488 nm line and PI

and the big sorters - FACS Vantage Se
                              Coulter Altra
                              Cytomation MoFlo

Which one of them will give the best resolution / CV / DNA
histogram (lowest background/noise).
