Calman, We examined the Flow-Amp system and were favorably impressed. We did not use it in the manner suggested (i.e.. cell surface antigens) but instead used it for dim staining intracellular antigens. Apparently the company has another product in the works for that purpose, but at the time we didn't know about it. However, we still demonstrated a four fold amplification over the PE-labeled indirect staining method we had been using. Their reagent does not appear to have significantly more none specific binding compared to the other second steps we have used, actually maybe a bit less.
