After 18 months of use, I had trouble a while back. The BD engineer had to come out a couple of times, tried adjustments to the laser alignment but that didn't do it. Changed pressure inducer. A month later it went out again, this time we fixed it over the phone by changing the sheath filter. They told me time delay is usually a pressure problem.
