Warren We have had a 2 laser Calibur for about 1 year. Have never seen the problem except occasionally when someone doesn't get the sheath supply tank cap not sealed tight. Could you have a pressure leak there or somewhere else? The time delay is very sensitive to sheath pressure because of course it affects the speed of transit of the cells which needs to be precise since the lasers are set to a fixed distance apart.
