Hi

The sheath pressure regulator doen't seem to very good on Caliburs, the pressure will
vary a bit each time you pressurize the tank. The time taken for a particle to pass
from the red to blue laser is dependant on sheath pressure. Its worth investing in a
pressure gauge so you can check it. You should also check that the sheath tank cap is
on tightly and is not leaking. It is pretty easy to tweak the laser but perhaps you
should get your engineer to show you how to do it. I insist that folk do the time delay
calibration each time the tank is filled, I use Molecular Probes 6u alignflow beads.

Good luck
