Jim, Our best results on our Vantage with this RFP has been with a 514nm line from our argon laser. It's not a very good dye (extinction coefficients and quantum yields comparable to BFP), especially compared with GFP. We also tried tuning our dye laser down to ~560nm, but didn't really improve things. We use standard PE filters (575/26) Kevin Kevin L.
