We also simultaneously surface stain / permabilize / intracellularly stain using Caltag's Fix and Perm kit. We add all of our antibodies after the permeabilization and it saves the extra incubation/wash steps. Works great for TdT/CD45 as well as cy-22/cy-CD3/ CD45 and cy-MPO/LF/CD45.
