Dear Delynn,

        The most efficient method is a mini gradient centrifugation. All you
have to do is to lay your cells over ficoll-hypaque (or similar solution)
with a density of 1.077 in a Fisher tube and run it in a Fischer centrifuge.
If you contact any histocompatibility lab near you they will certainly be
able to help. If not let me know and I will send you the complete protocol.
