I would recommend centrifugation on a Ficoll-Hypaque gradient. You
should use a product such as Lympholyte-M (Cedarlane/Accurate) that
has the appropriate density for mouse lymphoid cells. Alternatively,
there are recipes for preparing your own mouse-specific Ficoll-Hypaque
(and I can send one to you if you like).

What is the most efficient method for removing dead cells from a single cell
suspension prepared from mouse spleens?

Thanks in advance.
