first - to diagnose your problem,

mycoplasma shows in phase microscope as black spots on your cells.

bacteria show as little mobile bodies under 40X, ~100 times smaller
than your cells.

yeast is 10 times smaller than your cells. Both bacteria and yeast
will deposit on bottom of culture flask and cloud up your culture
when stirred.

For mycoplasma you could use cyclina/b kit from berringer mainhaim
(spelling?) it's a 3 week regimen, and works pretty well.

For bacteria, increase your pen/strep and add gentymyacin (spelling?)
and that oughta do - consult literature, I don't have any ref's at
home.

For yeast - any commercial fugicide will work - just ask your
supplier of cell culture related stuff.

Good luck! get the buggers out.
