Maryalice, I use as last resourse to recover cell lines, to pass them into
peritoneal cavity of nude mice for three days and them wash the cavity with
medium and put back in culture. I also add a mixture of pen-strep (or
gentamicin) and fungizone. You can buy them as a full mixture form life
