Hi Flowers,

I have two issues I'm hoping you can help me with:
1.  If anyone using a good protocol for 7AAD (for cell cycle, not viability), with FITC
and PE surface staining, could you send me the protocol or point me towards a reference?
2.  Any suggestions on books for microscopy and/or image analysis?
