Dear Mark! Maybe you should simply take your smart user aside and ask him to explain his statement. What exactly does he or she mean by 'inferior'? I'm fed up with smart users who come along telling you that this is better than that. If you ask them why they are so convinced, you sometimes hear the most funny explanations.
