Cathleen, the latter of these two references will give you a good start. I haven't read the first one yet, but it may also have some useful information for you.

Please help,
I am in search of any information regarding flow protocols to analyze
leukocyte adhesion molecules. Our doctors order CD18, 11a, 11b, 11c and
CD54 on our pediatric patients. I have been unable to find references or
anyone with experience with this assay. We have been performing surface
marker analysis and comparing to a normal patient control sample.
Any information on gating, normal ranges, antibody combinations,
reporting protocol, or a resource would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help,
