Hi Jackie Saleh, If you are looking for a "home-made"reagents to separate human granulocytes, here you have a very good protocol. We have done some studies with granulocytes in the past and the protocol is very good: J Immunol Methods 1981;40(1):115-6 A simple technique for simultaneous human leukocytes separation. Bicalho HM, Gontijo CM, Nogueira-Machado JA By centrifuging heparinised human blood through a discontinuous Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient, it is possible to separate simultaneously mononuclear cells, neutrophils, and eosinophils. I hope it helps, Good luck, Olindo
