single cell deposition

Geoff,
You might want to try using Terasaki plates instead of 96well plates, the
wells are easier to scan for the presence of single cells. Also it might
be worth giving the 96well plates (as well as the Terasaki plates) a brief
spin after the cell deposition, to make sure all cells are actually at the
bottom of the well.
I have very good experience with the single deposition on the Vantage (>96%).
