Julia,
I think that you need to run cytoplasmic CD22 and/or CD79a as well as TdT.
This can still be a B-precursor ALL with weak expression of CD19. Which
conjugate did you use for CD19? if you used FITC you may want to repeat the
staining with CD19PE.
