Dear Michael and Yanhui, As you might expect, WinMDI does read valid FCS files, so any unreadable CellQuest generated listmode file has somehow been corrupted during transfer. This is usually by using ASCII mode in a ftp transfer instead of BINARY. The "new" files get an extra carriage return embedded that will cause errors. My guess is you only need to be transfer them again in BINARY mode. If this doesn't work, email a note to me and we'll upload one to debug the problem...
