Basophills

     Dear Flow-ers,

	I am looking  if someone have experience using different cell
surface markers for  basophils from Human peripheral whole blood  ( without
preparing PBMC). Also,	if it possible to do enrichment  of basophils,
without separating mononuclear cells first.

	    Any information is greatly appreciated.
