Hi everyone, I was hoping to find someone who has some experience using markers to identify NK cells in Cynomologous Monkey peripheral blood. I have used a mixture of CD56+16 from Pharmingen (clones MY31 + 3G8) and after reading an article that states that CD56 may be identifying monos and not NK cells in Rhesus Monkeys, I have been doubting whether what I am measuring is just NK cells. Does anyone know if this is also true in Cynos as well? Are there any better markers available to measure NK cells, or is it sufficient to measure those cells that are just CD16 positive in this species. Any and all comments are appreciated.
