10 nano-moles/ml is 10uM, we use about 2uM when labelling T-Cells, more than that and they are too bright to see on the same plot as unlabelled cells. B-Cells can probably be labelled with about the same dose. Would someone with experience using CFSE, particularly with murine B cells, confirm the correct dose? The one published study with B cells that I found states that a dose of 10 nM/ml was used. This seems to be about 1000 fold less than the usual dose. Henry H.
