It will be difficult to find get a 4 color combo that will work on both machines. Thae Calibur is designed for FITC/PE/perCP/APC and a 4 color combo which works on the Elite is FITC/PE/ECD/APC. To use ECD on a Calibur you will need to change filters and to use a perCP or PECY5 with APC on the Elite you need to put the data into a program capable of software compensation.
