    Hello Flowers,
we have a new Professor who has joined our Dept and he would like us to run malaria infected rbc's stained with EtBr and FITC (secondary antibody) on our cytometers (initially on the analyser and possibly sorting later on). We do not have any experience with this type of work so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions regarding safety precautions, waste disposal and also any pointers regarding fixation protocols they would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance, Sue.
