Dear Bunny,

In our expreience some CD8low+ cells can also be CD3+. If you consider the
CDC guidelines for CD4 enumeration on peripheral blood, all CD3+CD8+ cells
should be considered. Then, if you set your marker on CD8bright+ only you
can underestimate your CD8+ cells.
