Hi Will, Yes, I have worked with it at full power, was using it to look at CY3 labelled phagosomes. 20mW wasn't giving me anything. I decided on the 100mW as the laser was a good bargain and there's never any problem in reducing laser light, whereas one with less power could be a problem depending on the application.
