Greetings everyone.

Does anyone run the Orpegen NKtest on a regular basis? I need to know if their
preparation of prestained K562 cells can be aliquatted and stored for later or
not (it comes in dry ice and is then stored @ -70oC)

Also, what is the incidence of the NK-T cells in normal population? From our
observations, out of 30 NC's 10 had it and those who did, had around 5%. This
subset is defined as CD3+/CD16+56+. Also if anyone has the number on the T-B cells
(CD19+/CD3+) that would also be appreciated!
