The frozen target cells are shipped in 5 aliquots. Their viability is good
(>90%) for up to three months (>95% after arrival). You should contact the
people at ORPEGEN (www.orpegen.com) ahofmann@orpegen.com or
whirt@orpegen.com for extra vials.
The non-MHC-restricted T cells (CD3+/CD16+56+) are below 5% or 150/µl. They
may be increased in chronical viral infections (eg. CMV) and tumor patients
(eg. breast cancer).
T-B cells are artifacts or true cell communication events (culture). They
are below 0.1% in normal samples from peripheral blood (whole blood, FACS
lysing solution, wash method).
