Hi Chris,

    Give me a call at 784-8251 if you like, and you can make arrangemenets to
drop by see how we (often) monitor recovery/yield when these issues come up.
In
short, without more specific info on your setup, it could be timing, stream
stability,
sticky tubes, poor centrifugation, etc.... You need to arm youself with
methodology
to identify where the cells go, and where they don't.
