We have an investigator who wants to detect activated T lymphocytes in
rats by staining for CD25, the IL 2R alpha chain. We have suggested a
better way would be to do two-color staining for CD3 and CD122, IL 2R
beta chain. Is there anyone out there doing rat splenic T lymphocytes
and what would be your recommendations and MAbs to use? Thanks!
