FITC/PE on an ACAS

Hi,

Has anyone successfully used FITC and PE on a Meridian ACAS in a 2-color experiment in which the only excitation source is the 488 line of an argon laser?  If so, what filters did you use - the same as with a FACS (530/30 and 585/42)?

Also, has anyone tried FITC and one of the PE-tandem conjugates in a 2-color expt on the ACAS - again using only the 488 line?  If it worked, what filter did you use in front of the 'red' PMT (PMT 2)?
