how to recover data on bad MO disk?

Dear flow users:

One coworker at the company I am working at is having a problem in
retrieving data from the bad MO disk. The MAC OS gave us an error of
type -127. The Disk First Aid 7.2.3 from Apple computer displayed an
error of a invalid node structure, 4, 1022. We can not recover the data.
Before asking help from data recovery service, we would like to hear 
some advices from the flow users. Thanks.
