I have an investigator looking at apoptosis by PI
alone. I have told him about TdT and Annexin V. What he is
wondering is how can one know that the sub-G0/G1 peak
( which looks quite good ) is actually apoptosis and
if one assumes that it is; How can one know that those
events in the sub-G0/G1 peak are not necrotic. I have
talked with him at length about this topic and wondered
if anyone had any other ideas about how to address his
question
