CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells in B-CLL?

Dear colleagues,
In a B-CLL peripheral blood sample (92% of lymphocytes are CD19+/CD5+) we
could detect 7% CD3+ cells, and 2.3% of these T-cells are CD4/CD8 double
positive.
I would like to ask whether it can be a real population and if anyone knows
about these common thymocytes appearing in peripheral blood of B-CLL
patients.
Thank you for any information,
